Appetizers: Bruschetta Two Ways: Whipped basil ricotta with roasted tomatoes & balsamic reduction. Brie
with pear & fig jam.
Salad: Grape and Walnut Salad - Mixed greens, gorgonzola crumbles, citrus walnut vinaigrette
Entrees (Guest Choice):
1) Breaded Chicken with spinach and fontina filling, light demi-glaze sauce, vegetable rice
2) Cabernet Braised Short Ribs in a vegetable tomato beef broth served over creamy polenta.

3) Vegan Bolognese - Plant-based meat & mushroom bolognese sauce, penne pasta, vegan parmesan
Dessert: Warm Bread Pudding - Croissants, apple, tuaca caramel sauce, fresh whipped cream, berries
